One of Zinedine Zidane's key members, who will be out of a contract next year, could end up joining Les Parisiens if the deal comes to fruition.

Real Madrid's transfer business has been quite strange this season, as they were not able to hire new players due to the effects caused by the coronavirus pandemic when it comes to football economics. Those effects have also caused Los Blancos not to extend the contract of some of their stars, and it seems that those footballers might look for other employment opportunities regardless of their status as club legends.

A report issued on Spanish TV show "El Chiringuito" revealed the possibility to watch Sergio Ramos leaving the club by the end of the season, since the Spaniard has not been able to strike a contract extension deal with Real Madrid.

Sources close to the negotiation have stated that Ramos wants a two-year extension with the club, while Los Blancos are only willing to offer the 34-year-old a one-year extension, as they do to all players over 30 years of age. Hence, the player's camp is ready to listen to offers from other teams, and that has caused PSG to come knocking on Ramos' door.

The same report stated that PSG is ready to offer Ramos a two-year deal plus a blank check to go with it, so he has no doubts on why he should join the 2019-20 UEFA Champions League runners-up. Ramos would fill the void left by Thiago Silva, and on top of that, he would provide the kind of leadership PSG needs to get the European title once and for all.

It is going to be quite an interesting winter at Real Madrid's offices, since Ramos is free to negotiate with all clubs once the winter transfer window comes to an end. Will we see the player's last months at Real Madrid this season? Only time will tell...
