The defending champions look to be without Sergio Ramos after he picked up a hamstring injury in Spain's emphatic 6-0 victory over Germany during the international break, which is a huge setback.
At 12:30 PM ET, Man City will walk onto the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium pitch for their highly-anticipated showdown with Spurs. NBC Sports, UNIVERSO, and Telemundo Deportes En Vivo will air this game live as Mourinho and Guardiola reignite their well-documented rivalry. Form favors the home side, with the north London outfit winning eight of their last 10 games across all competitions. This will be Pep's first game since signing a new two-year deal with the Citizens and will want to celebrate this moment with a win over Tottenham. European football will be making a return this midweek with the UEFA Champions League ushering Matchday 4 on Tuesday while the Europa League takes place on Thursday as is the norm. The MLS Playoffs season is here! The 18-team affair has been finalized and will kick off on Friday, November 20 with Montreal Impact vs New England Revolution (6:30 p.m. ET) and Inter Miami vs Nashville SC (9 p.m. ET) on Fox Sports and ESPN, respectively. The latter of the two is an interesting one as it will see two expansion clubs battle it out in the single-elimination round. The two other standout ties will see Orlando City and NYFC face off on Saturday at 12:00 PM ET and Seattle Sounders lock horns with LAFC on Tuesday at 10:30 PM ET.
As for Liga MX, the competition is entering the wildcard round, with eight teams (the clubs in fifth to 12th) battling it out for the final four tickets to the Liguilla. All four games take place over the weekend, starting off with Santos Laguna vs Pachuca at 8:00 PM ET. Chivas take to the field later that same day, taking on Necaxa while Tigres UNAL and Monterrey will be in action the following day, hosting Toluca and Puebla, respectively.
