South American giants Brazil and Argentina will kick off the 2021 SheBelieves Cup at the Exploria Stadium in Orlando on Tuesday at 4 p.m. ET.

Fox Sports 1 is the channel that will broadcast the game in the United States, while Brazilians will be tuning in to SporTV (television broadcast) or Canais Globo (live stream) in their country.

Brazil vs. Argentina

Two CONMEBOL sides will face-off for the first time in SheBelieves Cup's history when Argentina and Brazil open play on Thursday at 4 p.m. ET at Exploria Stadium in Orlando. Argentina and Brazil are two of the three South American nations that participated in the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup.

Brazil leads the head-to-head record against Argentina with 13 wins, two losses and one draw. The Green-and-Yellow holds a massive goal differential of 43 goals in their favor.

Brazil

Brazil will look to finally win an international tournament since winning the Copa America Femenina in 2018. In 2019, Brazil finished dead last in the SheBelieves Cup, they were knocked out of the Women's World Cup by France in the Round of 16 and lost the Torneio Internacional de Futebol Feminino for the first time since 2010. Moreover, Brazil also failed to capitalize in the 2020 Tournoi de France, which included tough competition in Canada, France, and the Netherlands.

The Brazilians played a couple of friendlies against Ecuador on Nov. 27, 2020, and Dec. 1, 2020. Pia Sundhage's Brazil won the first encounter 6-0 and the second 8-0, which served as good training ahead of the tournament. Brazil will be looking to win its first-ever SheBelieves Cup game against rivals Argentina.

player to watch - Marta

Six-time FIFA Women's World Player of the Year Marta will lead her nation in her second home, Orlando. Marta, who is Brazil's leading goalscorer with 108 goals, has played with the Orlando Pride since 2017 and just extended her contract through the 2022 NWSL season. That can only mean one thing; that she is happy with life in Orlando. Marta will help her Brazilian teammates settle in Exploria Stadium.

Argentina

Argentina's debut SheBelieves Cup game will be against South America's big bully Brazil, and a win will give Argentinians a reason to celebrate. With only two victories against Brazil and a -43-goal differential over 16 games, Argentina is up against a hell of a challenge. Additionally, the Albiceleste enter the SheBelives Cup as the lowest-ranked nation to ever participate in the tournament, sitting in the 31st spot in the world ranking.

The 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup was a rollercoaster full of emotions for Argentina. They ended third in their group made up of England, Japan and Scotland. The Argentinians failed to win a game but drew against Japan and Scotland. A 1-0 loss to England ultimately shattered the Argentinian's dream to reach a knock-out stage at a Women's World Cup. However, the experience served as a steppingstone for better things to come.

Player to watch - Vanina Correa

Goalkeeper Vanina Correa, who plays in Spain with Espanyol, is the team's captain; the 37-year-old has represented the national team since 2003 and is the only member of the Argentinian team who also played at Beijing 2008 in the country's sole Olympic appearance.
