The Dutch boss failed to lead Los Culés to a win against their bitter rival, causing his team's supporters to aim scathing digs at his work.

It was another frustrating edition of El Clásico for Barcelona fans, and as it has become customary whenever the team loses, all eyes have turned against Ronald Koeman to name him as the main culprit.

The Dutch tactician was singled out by most of Barcelona's supporters due to his confusing tactics and decisions, which included lining Sergiño Dest up as a winger instead of using him as a right back, his natural position. That call was key during the first half, since Vinicius Jr easily got past Oscar Mingueza during the Spaniard's 45 minutes on the pitch. 

The former Netherlands' boss was also criticized for his decision to keep Memphis Depay on the pitch despite his lack of accuracy whenever he had the ball. Added to that, he was never able to dribble past Lucas Vázquez, which caused several trolls to slam the Dutchman.

Going back to Koeman's decisions, his decision to sub Sergio Agüero in during the final minutes of the match sort of proved the fandom's point, as they felt the Argentine footballer could have made an even bigger difference if he had enjoyed more time on the pitch.
