De Griekse Super League (of Super League Griekenland) is de hoogste voetbalcompetitie in Griekenland. De competitie werd opgericht in 1905, maar kreeg pas in 2006 haar huidige naam toen de Hellenic Football Federation het formaat wijzigde. Sinds de invoering van het nieuwe formaat is de competitie door de UEFA continu binnen de top 20 van Europa gerangschikt.
Door de jaren heen heeft de Griekse Super League zich ontwikkeld tot de hoogste voetbalcompetitie in Griekenland, nauw samenwerkend met de Griekse Super League 2. In tegenstelling tot de meeste Europese competities, hanteert de Griekse Super League een format met een regulier seizoen en een naseizoen. Het reguliere seizoen bestaat uit 14 teams die 26 wedstrijden tegen elkaar spelen, waarbij zes posities worden bepaald voor de strijd om het kampioenschap. Deze zes teams spelen vervolgens nog tien wedstrijden om de kampioen te bepalen, terwijl ze ook plaatsen toewijzen voor de voorrondes van de UEFA Champions League, de UEFA Europa League en de UEFA Europa Conference League.
De overige acht teams gaan de herkansingsronde in, waarin ze nog zeven wedstrijden zullen spelen om de twee laagst geklasseerde teams te bepalen. Deze teams zullen dan degraderen naar de Griekse Super League 2.
In Griekenland zijn drie teams bijzonder populair: Olympiakos, Panathinaikos en AEK Athene. Deze clubs hebben de rijkste geschiedenis in de Griekse topcompetitie, wat elk seizoen nog boeiender maakt door de controverse die elke campagne met zich meebrengt. Wanneer een team tien titels verovert, krijgt de club een gouden ster als erkenning voor hun indrukwekkende prestaties. In deze rangschikking is Olympiakos de meest succesvolle club in het Griekse voetbal met vier sterren op hun naam, vergeleken met de twee sterren van Panathinaikos en de enkele ster van AEK Athene.
In Griekenland wordt de Griekse Super League uitgezonden op de betaaltelevisienetwerken Novasports en Cosmote Sport. Deze uitzendingen zijn beschikbaar als zowel televisie- als livestreamingdiensten tot aan het einde van het seizoen 2024-25. Internationaal is er voornamelijk interesse in de Super League vanuit de Griekse diaspora. De competities kunnen worden bekeken op ANT1 Satelliet in de Verenigde Staten en Canada, en op Ant1 Pacific in Australië.
