Sergio Aguero played his final Premier League game for Man City, scoring a brace along the way. Those goals, his 183rd and 184th in the league, saw him surpass Man United's Wayne Rooney (183 for the Red Devils) as the player with the most English EPL goals for a single club.

They are only the fourth team in English history to pull off this feat, following in the footsteps of Preston (1888-89), Arsenal (2001-02) and Arsenal again (2003-04).
