Benfica will have to defeat Dynamo on Matchday 6, while Los Blaugranas will also have to beat Bayern if they want to make it to the next round.

Barcelona's luck under Xavi Hernández seemed to have the team ready for a win, but on the very last minute, it helped them survive and keep some options for their final match of the Group Stage.

The Blaugrana side dominated Benfica for most of the game, and when things seemed to be destined for a last-minute winner by Los Culés, things changed 180 degrees due to the clearest chance of the game for Haris Seferovic and all of Benfica's players. Luckily for Xavi's team, the Swiss striker missed the chance with only a defender to beat, giving Los Culés a chance to fight for a spot in the next round when they face Bayern.

Uruguayan ace Darwin Núñez found Seferovic all alone inside Barcelona's half of the pitch, and while the footballer failed to beat Marc-André Ter Stegen in his first attempt, the rebound found the striker all alone inside the box with only Eric García to beat. The end result was a disappointing finish that slid away from Barcelona's net, causing the player and even coach Jorge Jesús to get their hands on their heads in disbelief.

Now, Barcelona will have to make the trip to München to face Bayern, where Die Roten will want to end the group stage unbeaten. If they want to make it to the next round, Los Culés will have to beat Bayern with a convincing score, otherwise they will give Benfica a chance to eliminate them if they are able to beat Dynamo Kyiv at home.
