The Spanish boss, currently living his final months with The Bavarians, is not happy with how some players behaved during winter break.

Even if Pep Guardiola wants to end his term as Bayern Munich on a high, reports close to Bayern's camp make that notion quite dubious.

Earlier today, a German newspaper revealed Guardiola was not happy with how his players behaved during the recently concluded winter break. The Spanish coach even went as far as sending an "explosive" email to all of his players, asking them to be "more professional" in regards to their behavior off the pitch.

Following Bayern's tight 2-1 win last Friday, Guardiola became angry with some of his key performers, considering some of them took winter break too lightly, overlooking their diet and not caring about having appropriate down time. The Spanish boss even requested his players to let him know in advance which days they will be taking off, so that he is aware of their whereabouts at all times.

Guardiola believes some injuries could have been prevented if his players were well rested.

Guardiola's email was not at all appreciated by his players, which were not satisfied with their boss' intention of implementing a curfew. The relationship between them and the former Barcelona boss has been damaged, according to the source, and some of the team's big guns will try to negotiate with Pep to keep things going as of now.

The Spanish coach will leave Bayern Munich by the end of the season, with Manchester City, Chelsea and even Manchester United as his possible destinations. Guardiola has won two Bundesliga titles with Die Roten, and his team currently holds an eight-point lead over second place Borussia Dortmund.
