The Special One has been linked with many teams prior to the end of the season, but there has been a major update on where he will be coaching next year.

The ongoing summer transfer window has brought a lot of temptations for some of the biggest names in football, and Jose Mourinho recently joined those to be offered big deals to join the Saudi Arabian league.

According to reports by the Corriere Dello Sport, the Portuguese coach had a meeting with representatives for Al Ahli in London, who offered him a massive deal to leave the giallorossi and become not only Al Ahli's boss, but also an ambassador for Arabian football.

Mourinho had been linked to a move to PSG or to a shocking return to Real Madrid, but with no clear path on these teams' future, the Portuguese coach decided to wait until the final days of the season to make up his mind. Apparently, he was impressed by Al Ahli's offer, but he decided to turn it down.

The transfer represented a big chance to secure the future of his staff and himself, but Mourinho's desire to keep coaching Roma was enough to turn down the offer.

The Italian media outlet revealed that there could be more discussions about this in coming weeks, but it also added that even if those numbers are tempting, Mourinho will stick to his word and see the end of his current deal with Roma...or even more.
