With all games taking place at the same time, here's all you need to know prior to the games that could determine who takes the title home.

We're down to the last two games in La Liga, and to make things even more interesting, all games will be played at the same time to avoid giving an unfair edge to all title contenders and to those teams battling to avoid relegation.

There are four points between Atlético, the current league leaders, and Barcelona, who sit in third. Between them, Real Madrid are two points behind Los Colchoneros, but this week's games could very well end the title hopes for one of these teams or ultimately hand the title to Atlético.

Before we get to what will go down during the weekend, we want to talk about the tiebreakers if there was the need to use them. As of now, Real Madrid have an edge over Atlético and Barcelona, as they won both of their matches against Barcelona and earned four points against Atlético. Meanwhile, Los Colchoneros bested Barcelona in their two ties, which means that Barcelona will have to make more points than their two rivals to think about the title.

Have a look at La Liga's standings first, and then we will get to each match in detail.

Atlético Madrid vs Osasuna

Atlético Madrid seemed to have quite a grip on the title a couple of months back, but a string of bad results ended up with them battling for the title with two games to go. Now, Diego Simeone's men need to keep it together for two more games, and if they can win them, then no one will take the title away from them. Their prospects of winning Sunday's game are rather promising, since they have beaten Osasuna in five of their last six games, including their 3-1 victory over Los Rojillos earlier in the season.

Who's in and who's out?

Atlético Madrid - Injured: Thomas Lemar.

Osasuna - Injured: Rubén Martínez. Suspended: Nacho Vidal.

Athletic Club vs Real Madrid

Real Madrid have put together a season to remember. Even if they end up losing the crown, the kind of title defense they put up despite the impressive amount of setbacks they have faced deserves praise. Now, Los Blancos will make it to the Estadio San Mamés to face Athletic Club, a team that beat them in the Spanish Super Cup earlier this year, but who have also lost three of their last six matches at their own ground against Los Blancos. If Zidane's men win, the title race will be extended for one more week; but if they don't, then their neighbors will be able to celebrate one more title.

Who's in and who's out?

Athletic Club - Injured: Peru Nolaskoain, Ander Capa, Iker Muniain, Yuri Berchiche. Doubtful: Iñigo Lekue, Iñigo Vicente.

Real Madrid - Injured: Lucas Vázquez, Dani Carvajal, Sergio Ramos, Ferland Mendy. Doubtful: Raphael Varane. Ineligible: Toni Kroos..

Barcelona vs Celta Vigo

Barcelona wasted quite a few chances to climb to the top of the standings, and now they will have to win their game and wait for Atlético to drop points to keep their title hopes. If Los Colchoneros win, then Barcelona will enter Matchday 38 without nothing to fight for other than their pride. Last year, a draw against Celta was key to strip them from the title. Will history repeat itself this Sunday for Los Culés in what could be Messi's final game at Camp Nou?

Who's in and who's out?

Barcelona - Injured: Philippe Coutinho, Ansu Fati, Sergi Roberto. Doubtful: Ronald Araujo. Suspended: Frenkie de Jong.

Celta Vigo - Injured: Sergio Álvarez, Rubén Blanco, Emre Mor, Jeison Murillo, Renato Tapia. Ineligible: José Manuel Fontán.
